Copper Beech accepts all major credit cards.
Copper Beech will process your online order within 3 business days and ship via UPS if not otherwise requested. Out of stock or backorder items will ship as we receive them. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
Shipping charges for items that require special handling will be provided on an individual basis.
We are not responsible for any delays due to weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. If you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of loss, accidents or damages after delivered by our shipping carriers.
For international shipments please contact Copper Beech at 1-631-286-0202 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers are responsible charges such as customs, taxes and duties. International orders are non-returnable. These orders may be affected by customs and all delivery times are estimated.
NY Suffolk County sales tax of 8.625% is added to all orders within the state of New York. Sales tax is calculated using the shipping destination. Amounts and conditions are specific to state guidelines.
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps within 10 days of receiving your order from us. Please note that all vintage, antique, discounted and edible merchandise is final sale. All return items must be in original, unused condition with original tags intact.
1. Contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will only be able to accept return packages that are clearly marked with an RMA number.
2. Pack and seal your item securely in its original packaging. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Copper Beech is not responsible for damage that occurs in return shipping. Customers' original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Copper Beech is not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery to Copper Beech. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. All return shipping is at the expense of the customer using the courier of their choice.
3. Ship the product to us. We will process the return and will issue you a credit (in the same form as your payment) for the return. If items are to be exchanged, we will send out the requested items.
