Ecru 95% Lamsbswool, 5% Cashmere Marlyn sweater with three cables

Lambswool (from first sharing of a sheep) is sourced from various sheep breeds, including the Shetlands of Scotland and the native Swedish Gotland, one of the oldest sheep breeds. Characteristically it is much finer than adult sheep wool with a natural elasticity, making it a good choice of yarn for all knitwear, especially accessories of hats and gloves, as it offers such warmth. Lambswool is resistant to dust mites therefore is a good option for allergy sufferers.
