A French educational map of the British Isles by La Cooperation Pedagogique circa 1950

Founded by schoolteacher Andre Rossignol in Nalliers (Vienne, 86) in 1946, he was the originator of the famous Rossignol educational posters which were widely used in French primary schools from the 1950s through the 1970s. In 1953, the company relocated to Montmorillon (Vienne) and officially became Editions Rossignol. 

This is a map of the British Isles (England, Scotland, Ireland, Wales) and reflects the Atlantic Ocean, English Channel, North Sea, the Hebrides, Isle of Man, the Orkney & Shetland Islands.
